Mickey’s Toontown at Disneyland has reopened with some new magic as well as returning fan faves! Here at Hyperion Adventures Podcast, we want to highlight Five Fun Features to experience at the Re-imagined Toontown!!!

CenTOONial Park!

One of the new concepts for this area is perfect for when your little ones need some time and space to get out of the stroller and just run around! And here’s what the thoughtful Disney Imagineers provided: CenTOONial Park!  It’s the first space guests will see when they arrive to the land. This grassy play area, perfect for unwinding, is decked out with a fountain featuring water tables aimed at providing a sensory play experience. The dreaming tree with sculpted tree roots gives kids the chance to crawl and explore!

Chip ‘N’ Dale’s GADGETcoaster

This is a “fun-sized” coaster made with larger-than-life bright items, is just right for Toontown’s tinier visitors! The inspiration for Chip ‘n’ Dale’s GADGETcoaster is from Disney’s animated series Chip ‘n’ Dale Rescue Rangers, a team of crime fighters solving mysteries. As the story goes, Gadget, a young female mouse, who happens to be the cleverest member of the team, uses everyday objects like bottle caps, cans, toy blocks, and rubber bands to create inspired contraptions.  And this coaster is a spectacular creation!

Let’s start with the indulgent Daisy’s Dressed-up Dog which includes an all-beef foot-long hot dog, chili-cheese sauce, mac & cheese, and parmesan potato crispies with house-made chips! WOW! For the big kid pizza lovers, you can choose between Cheese or Pepperoni Pizza Flip-Overs! And they even have a great plant-based menu item! The Spring Garden Wrap combines romaine and quinoa with a creamy lemon dressing and toasted pumpkin seeds along with house-made chips.  The kid’s menu serves up individual pizzas, Minnie’s mini corn dogs, and mac & cheese!
