Guinness Bailey’s Milkshake

Our fondness for Guinness runs deep; having graced the hallowed halls of the renowned Dublin brewery on multiple occasions, our appreciation for this exceptional stout has only deepened. Additionally, our admiration extends to the velvety richness of Baileys Irish Cream, seamlessly merging our love for all things ice cream.

Enter the pièce de résistance: the Guinness Baileys Milkshake—a delightful concoction that beckons from the vibrant setting of the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival.

Allow us to entice you to experience this exquisite fusion. Crafted with passion and finesse, this milkshake embodies the harmonious marriage of robust Guinness notes and the creamy, luxurious essence of Baileys—a match made in indulgent heaven.

Makes approximately 2 – 16 oz servings

Ingredients

• ¾ cup – Vanilla Ice Cream
• 6 oz – Guinness Stout Beer – Chilled
• 6 oz – Baileys Irish Cream – Chilled
• 3 oz – Chocolate Sauce – Chilled
• Cocoa Powder (for garnish – if desired)
• Chocolate Shavings (for garnish – if desired)

Directions

• Add the Vanilla Ice Cream, Guinness Stout Beer, Baileys Irish Cream, and Chocolate Sauce to a traditional blender
• Blend until all the ingredients come together and the mixture is very smooth
• Divide evenly between serving glasses and garnish the top with a pinch of Cocoa Powder and/or Chocolate Shavings (if desired)
• Serve immediately and enjoy (responsibly)!

Ingredients

• 3 oz – Dark Rum
• 3 oz – Light Rum
• 4 oz – Orange Juice
• 6 oz – Passion Fruit Juice
• 8 oz – Cream of Coconut
• 3 oz – Ice
• 2 tbls – Parmesan Cheese – Grated
• 1 tbls – Fresh Parsley – Chopped
• Kosher or Sea Salt – To Taste

Directions

• Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and frosty
• Serve in a tall, tropical drink glass with your favorite fresh fruit garnish

If you were fortunate enough to attend a live performance, perhaps at your local playhouse, you might recall the opportunity to savor a play-inspired cocktail during intermission. One such delightful concoction was the French Martini! Whether you’re planning to (re)watch this incredible work of art, relishing a delectable cocktail during intermission, or preparing for a watch party with your cherished companions, we have just the drink for you!

Allow this French Martini to infuse a dash of theatrical flair into your viewing experience, blending the sophistication of a classic cocktail with the electrifying energy of Hamilton. It’s the perfect accompaniment to immerse yourself in the world of this iconic musical or to celebrate its brilliance with friends and family.

Makes approximately 2 – 8 oz Cocktails

Ingredients

• 3 oz – Vodka
• 1 oz – Créme de Cassis – Like Chambord
• 1 oz – Pineapple Juice
• Champagne or Sparkling Wine – As Needed
• 2 – Lemon Rind Twists for Garnish

Directions

• Fill a Cocktail Shaker with Ice. Add the Vodka, Créme de Cassis and Pineapple Juice
• Shake until well blended and strain into 2 Chilled Martini Glasses or Champagne Flutes
• Top off with Champagne or Sparkling Wine
• Garnish with Lemon Rind Twists and serve immediately

Avocado Margarita

Isn’t there an undeniable joy in leisurely strolling through EPCOT, meandering among its diverse pavilions?  Naturally, experiencing various cultural food and drink offerings is a tasty treat! Because we’ve encountered numerous individuals who expressed an admiration for this inventive take on a Tequila cocktail from La Cava del Tequila in the Mexico Pavilion, we include it here. To all those who appreciate its allure, this one’s for you!

May the endeavor to replicate the Avocado Margarita be a delightful journey, allowing you to savor not just the drink itself, but also the fond memories of EPCOT’s vibrant ambiance and the camaraderie of exploration.

Makes 2 – 16 oz Servings

Ingredients

• 4 oz – Tequila Blanco
• 2 oz – Melon Liqueur
• 2 oz – Orange Liqueur
• 1 1/2 oz – Agave Nectar
• 2 oz – Fresh Lime Juice (about 2 limes)
• 1/2 – Avocado
• 3 cups – Ice
• 2 tbls – Hibiscus Salt (if desired)

Directions

• Combine the first 7 ingredients in a blender, pureeing until smooth. If you’d prefer a thicker consistency, add more ice and blend. If the liquid is too thick, add a little water and blend until you receive the desired consistency,
• To serve (if desired), run a lime slice around the rim of the glass. Invert the glass onto a plate with the Hibiscus Salt and turn until the rim is coated.
• Pour the blended margarita into the glasses and serve immediately
